Although learning to drive in an automatic car has many advantages, one disadvantage to be aware of is when you pass your driving test, you’ll be restricted to drive (can’t drive a manual car) automatic cars.

Lesson Duration

Our recommendation would be to do a 90 minute driving lesson to get the most from each lesson you have with us. Using our own analysis, we have found learner drivers who do 90 minute driving lessons are more likely to save money on the overall cost than learners who are doing 1 hour driving lessons each week.

No, both theory and practical tests will be conducted exactly the same as it would if you took a manual test.

Can I change my mind if I want to learn in a manual?

Once you start taking driving lessons in an automatic, you can swap to manual at any time. Some learner drivers can combine the two. Manual with their instructor and auto with mum or dad. The only restriction you will have is once you pass your driving test, if you choose to take it in an Automatic car.

How do i pay

for the driving lessons?

Payments will be made directly to your driving instructor. We have a pay as you go service. You can pay via bank transfer or by cash on each driving lesson.

What should I bring

On my driving lesson

n your first driving lesson, you’ll need to bring along your driving licence.
If you need to wear glasses for distance, bring them along too, as you may struggle to see signs and road markings without them.
